I've found it's easiest to work from the outside corner in, and use an angled tweezer to stick them down. That's what's worked for me in the past.
I have no idea. We used to wear them for drill team performances and I still didn't get it down...SO GLAD you're at the HUMP week in the chemo. Hang in there! Love, Leslie
